What will your day-to-day life be like?

As the Team Leader of Frontend, integrated into the Cloud team, your mission will be to define the frontend architecture of the backoffice, develop new functionalities, enhance and maintain existing ones to achieve the goals of the product area, ensuring the stability and growth of the UVE Platform. Additionally, you will manage a well-established Scrum team of 6-8 people.

Requirements

Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Frontend Developer and a minimum of 2 years leading teams.

Expertise in Javascript / Typescript / Angular / CSS.

Ability to define scalable, responsive, and robust frontend architectures.

Capability to understand and participate in UX/UI design, understanding the needs of business users.

Effective management of deliverables, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.

Leadership skills, team management, and people management (one-on-ones, performance reviews).

Experience in CI/CD (knowledge of Bitbucket pipelines or Azure DevOps will be appreciated).

Experience with GIT (Gitflow)

Experience in managing requirements with Jira.

Experience in developing with agile methodologies (Scrum).
