What will your day-to-day life be like?

As a member of the Business Development team, you will manage the entire commercial process for UVE Solutions, working in the following areas:

Business development with existing clients

  • Collaborate with the Operations team and the Director to design a plan for each client.
  • Align with the Operations Team and ensure that the objectives of the annual plan are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth communication with the client through informal touchpoints and meetings.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive the commercial process accordingly.
  • Manage the budget and define economic proposals for each client.

Business development with new clients

  • Identifying new business opportunities with both manufacturers and distributors.
  • Leading the entire commercial process (Introduction, demo, proposal preparation, leading negotiations, managing relationships, deal closure, etc.).
  • Supporting Project Managers in the initial phases of the project (briefing, kick-off, assistance, follow-up).

Market Knowledge

  • Ensure continuous gathering of information on fast-moving consumer goods and the distribution landscape in key markets.
  • Keep tools (country profile guides, databases of distributors and manufacturers, etc.) updated and in continuous improvement.
  • Establish contacts with key stakeholders in the industry and represent UVE at relevant events.

Marketing and Communication

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to define and ensure that the Marketing and Communication strategy aligns with the needs of each market.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in a software or SaaS company.
  • Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
