I have worked as a front desk officer and use to take care of customer service, day to day banking transactions, customer request processing etc.
I have assigned a client portfolio and used to manage mapped clients provide them better services, time to time meeting, updating them new launches and cross sell different products and new solutions to my clients.
I used to manage the day to day operations activity like customer account maintenance, customer services, settlement queries etc my role is to collaborating more with different teams, peers for smooth working processes.
I used to handle my mapped clients provide them better services and collaboration with different teams within the organisation and i was the SPOC for my mapped clients.
I worked as a CSM and assigned top clients of the company i used to managed 8 big corporate accounts and provide them best services and my daily activity is to resolve the client’s queries within the defined SLA and coordinating with different teams to get the issue resolve within a TAT. Schedule time to time client meetings, review meeting of business and understand about the business growth, forecasting etc
