Masters in Applied Management program is designed to enhance real life learning process through projects which enhances experience and applicability in subjects like Financial accounting,Strategy, Fianance for Excutives,Marketing management, Leadership & team management for Executives, Operations Management, Project Management and Digital transformation strategy. Group project was based on DEI: Inclusion of young people with disabilities in SME's in Portugal Thesis topic: Retention policies to be applied to Gen Z in SIEMENS Mobility in Portugal. Successfully defended my work on 18th April 2023. My work was duly awarded 18/20 by three member jury.
