● Lead Business Analyst on the delivery of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) programmes. ● Acted as Product SME for Cisiv’s REMS capabilities. ● Capturing customer requirements and translating into internal documentation in line with company procedures. ● Writing Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. ● Attended all scrum ceremonies and worked closely with Cisiv’s development team managing the implementation of changes/fixes. ● Instigating development code freeze, demonstrating changes to external stakeholders/customers, monitoring UAT phase and gathering end user feedback. With the collected data, we analysed, concluded and made a variety of recommendations directly to the companies directors. ● Developed my interpersonal skills, communication and my ability to translate technical matters effectively with SMEs, managers and seniors. ● Participated in weekly release prioritisation before preparing and completing UAT with internal and external stakeholders. ● Project Managed the end-to-end lifecycle on multiple Business Change and IT projects. ● Covered the role of Applications Support which consisted of 2nd line technical support and acted as SME for all Thrifty system integration. ● Introduced a variety of daily system security checks which enabled us to tender to corporate clients. ● Responsible for the on-boarding of new team members.
