• To ensure implementation of effective and efficient customer relationship management in assigned franchise by creationg good working relations with franchise owners/ staff. • Follow up and try to ensure that franchise in-house operations and standardized by ensuring compliance to predefined standards, company policies and procedures. • Effectively update and share new company information with the franchises staff on timely basis. • To remain abreast on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value added services offered by the company. • To understand, implement and monitor the CS policies & procedures and projects delegated by the management in the true spirit. • To observe and coach franchise staff members on customer handling skills based on gaps identified during visits and nuture the team members. • This encompasses regular product refreshers and monthly training sessions to ensure product knowledge. • To act as a focal point for all in-house issues of the assigned franchises and co-ordinate with support departments to ensure timely rectification of their highlighted issues. • To ensure proper behaviour/discipline/grooming/punctuality of self and franchise staff as per the company requirements and image through evaluation of all staff members in daily visits. Also worked in below given tasks “SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) & Retail Project”.
