Job Description

As a working student: in People & Finance  you will work closely with the management and operations team in the following areas:

Finance

  • You are the main contact person for document management to prepare our monthly financial statements
  • You have an overview of open items and pending payments
  • You work actively and continuously to improve our database in the finance area

People & Culture

  • You communicate with applicants, manage interview appointments & maintain the applicant data in our HRMS Personio
  • You organize the onboarding of new employees: from the onboarding package to planning the day one
  • You support our employees in booking & tracking their further training measures
  • You maintain all relevant data in Personio
  • You support us in planning our quarterly team events

Feel good

  • You come to the Berlin office regularly to take care of the mail, onboarding packages or hardware shipping
  • You take over regular activities for our management, such as calendar management, data entry, travel or restaurant bookings
  • You are actively involved in our remote company & are interested in exchanges outside of your department
YOUR BACKGROUND FOR L21S
  • You are an  organizational talent  and are  very familiar with the common Office applications
  • You are a talented communicator and do not shy away from contact with applicants or customers
  • You are  an enrolled student
  • You have a  good eye  for details, design & data
  • At best, you have already  gained initial experience in a young company
  • You want to advance our remote company with your ideas
  • Ideally, you should bring a  category B driver’s license with you
