As a process engineer, you will be reponsible for performing hot commissioning and handover of complete lines, stacks and single equipment in Animal Feed, Pet Food, Aqua Feed, Biomass and Waste. After handover, you will be responsible to conduct plant -and process optimization as well as online/onsite support and troubleshooting.

Key Reponsibilites include :

Hot commissioning of complete lines, stacks and single equipment in Animal Feed, Pet Food, Aqua Feed, Biomass and Waste
Collect process data
Report equipment improvement potentials
Report equipment quality issues
Training of customers employees
Suggest recommended wear -and spare parts to customers
Conduct performance tests
Ensure taking over certificate is signed
Plant -and process optimization
Online/onsite support and troubleshooting
Prepare reports

WHAT YOU OFFER

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

High level customer centricity
High level process experience
High level mechanical experience
Familiar with software and electrification
Capable of analyzing complex topics and conclude on them
Capable of making independent decisions
Well-developed communications skills
Fluent in English, where Spanish is an advantage
Willingness to travel +180 days per year
Familiar with Microsoft tools and SAP

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum : Diploma in Marine engineer, mechanical engineer, process engineer or similar

Desirable : Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marine engineer, mechanical engineer, process engineer or similar

EXPERIENCE

Experience : Several years of experience within processing industry or Experience in process and mechanical
Industrial Sector : Specific Industry Know How ( by education and /or experience )
