The role: We are looking for a senior UX Researcher, responsible for helping define and drive our Research strategy. The main scope is to gather data through various UX research methods in order to help prioritize ideas and features, articulate user stories, and inform decisions on how the product will work and look. These responsibilities also include evaluating qualitative and quantitative data and helping the Design team better understand what would make a more intuitive, accessible, and seamless user experience.

What you will do in this role:

Conduct user research and work with the product & design team to implement design choices to improve user experience.
Plan, gather, and analyze, insights about users through new studies and review of existing data.
Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing, or usability testing
Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.
Apply qualitative & quantitative research methods to client projects based on their needs and goals
Put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and good looking
Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product.
Advising on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience.
Conduct competitor and exemplar analysis.
Conduct workshops with internal stakeholders to align business needs.
Requirements
What you bring to the team

3+ work experience as a UX Researcher or similar role
Experience planning and executing research.
Experience implementing design choices based on user feedback
Experience working with Design, Product & Engineering teams to improve the usability of products and other features
Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude.
Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a UX Researcher
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
