  • You are responsible for advising the sales organization and offer comprehensive technical and conceptual customer advice
  • You act as a project manager and develop technical concepts
  • You are on the spot and proactive in supporting our technicians and partners with the commissioning of the access systems
  • You pass on your knowledge and lead training courses internally and externally
  • You form the interface to our product management and our development department with regard to requirements, changes and problems in the context of the lifecycle management of our products. The creation of documentation is also  part of your area of ​​responsibility
  • You will mainly work at our main location in Rümlang. Project-related assignments throughout German-speaking Switzerland are also possible

THAT’S WHY WE TRUST YOU: YOUR SKILLS

  • You have a degree in computer science (FH or HF) with an affinity for electronics or electronics technician (FH or HF) with further training in computer science or you are a career changer who has acquired the know-how of learning-by-doing
  • You build your knowledge on several years of professional experience in the Windows network and ICT security environment, as well as with SQL databases – both technically and conceptually
  • You have broad expertise in the areas of cloud computing (Azure, AWS)
  • It is an advantage if you have already managed software projects (rollouts, updates, migrations, …) or integrated REST API interfaces
  • You are an initiative and cooperative personality with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and see yourself as a team player
  • You have excellent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written. Any other national language is an advantage
  • You are flexible and enjoy being on site for individual projects (about 20% willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland). It is an advantage if you have a  driver’s license
