Job Description

We are looking to expand our Talent & Culture team with a Talent Reward Officer to accelerate the further growth of our company.

Your Challenge

At ML6, we firmly believe in putting people first. Our talent & culture unit focuses on putting that into practice. As Talent Reward Officer you are responsible to guide ML6 in all Compensation & Benefits matters and implement new initiatives. You will be joining our team of 3, of which one colleague also specialises in Compensation & Benefits among others.

You will focus on offering a top-notch people experience in line with our culture & values: smooth operations by optimising our processes, implementing attractive perks and systems cross country & engaging our whole ML6 story. This includes among others, sinking your teeth into our: 

  • Reward philosophy
  • Salary grid
  • Benchmarking and market research
  • Competitive offerings cross country
  • Benefit initiatives
  • Labour law & compliance topics
  • HR policies & contracting
  • People analytics & reporting

Why you?

Routined specialist

  • Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits
  • Experience implementing and optimizing operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a fast paced international organization.
  • International experience, focused on Europe (pref: BE, NL, DACH)

Speaking people’s language

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch/German is a plus), able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • You get what drives and motivates people & know which topics live in the company and can act on them
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive people information

Innovative

  • Creative in ways of compensation approaches
  • Not afraid of gaining knowledge externally
  • Up to date with the latest trends in the field

Practical

  • Make things sustainable – automated – efficient
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
