In this exciting role, support our cool support team as an additional support manager in Zurich and also regularly exchange ideas with your colleagues at the Flamatt location. You will be able to do most of the work remotely, but you will be able to get to know your SMG colleagues regularly during on-site assignments.
Job Description
These will be your tasks
perform the installation, maintenance and support of workstations, mobile and peripheral devices
ensure 1st to 3rd level support for internal and external users
Procure, inventory and dispose of materials
help with the support of the back office server and applications (including Active Directory, file servers, etc.).
Management and administration of cloud services (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, VMwareOne…)
Maintain installation procedures and documentation
Participate in IT projects, migrations
qualifications
You bring that with you
completed vocational training (commercial or technical)
In addition, further training in the IT area with a focus on user support
already experience in supporting Windows and Apple clients
quick comprehension and strong logical thinking
the ability to solve problems in a sustainable and targeted manner
Network knowledge desired
Very good knowledge of German and English
You are…
