Job Description
As a member of the SMG IT Operation Services team, you will work in a dynamic environment on a variety of exciting and varied IT projects:
You maintain and develop our modern IT services management platforms (applications and interfaces)
You work on the design and development of digital IT services
You look after applications such as Tricent, Okta and their interfaces and workflows.
You support your colleagues as part of the incident and problem management process as well as the coordination and implementation of change requests.
qualifications
Your experience in software and interface development forms the basis for your work. You have experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Several years of professional experience as a software, solution engineer in the field of service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) or similar, in a large IT environment with agile delivery models and DevOps.
You are creative, find solutions and can convince those around you. You also have a planned and structured way of implementing your ideas.
You have very good knowledge of German (business fluent) and good knowledge of English.
