- Ensuring technical support for LEGIC partners (cloud service and mobile SDK)
- Reproduction of malfunctions
- Technical analysis and documentation of support cases
- Maintenance of the know-how database
- Technical support from LEGIC partners in integration projects
- Close cooperation with development teams as representatives of the technical customer perspective
THAT’S WHY WE TRUST YOU: YOUR SKILLS
- Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science (FH/HF), or comparable
- Further training in one or more of the following disciplines: Java, Swift, Android Studio, XCode, REST API
- Professional experience in cloud service and/or app development would be an advantage
- Very good language skills in German and English
- High level of independence and personal responsibility
- Distinct quality awareness
