These are your tasks:

  • International support of the entire recruiting process from procurement, selection to onboarding
  • Focus on the BENELUX market with offices in Hasselt, Brussels and Utrecht
  • Creation of requirement profiles and target group-specific job advertisements
  • Active sourcing on LinkedIn
  • Communication with applicants and candidates as part of applicant management
  • Organization and implementation of events, trade fairs and innovative personnel marketing measures

What you should bring with you:

  • Experience in operative recruiting, ideally in the area of ​​SAP recruiting
  • Active sourcing experience with LinkedIn desirable
  • Studies in business administration or a comparable degree, alternatively comparable experience or qualifications
  • Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Creative way of working and desire for agile teamwork
  • Interest in building and maintaining networks
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of French desirable
