What does a SAP consultant do?

SAP consultants support customers in the implementation or optimization of the software application and the associated business processes. The aim is to use capital, resources and staff as efficiently as possible and to ensure smooth business processes through the use of digital solutions.

More information about the program:

  • Our trainee program runs from September 2023 to August 2024 (12 months).
  • The first 2 months of training take place at our headquarters in Vienna. At the weekends you are free to stay in Vienna or travel home.
  • You will spend most of the remaining months at your location.
  • As a young professional, you will receive an unlimited full-time contract from the start
  • With the successful completion of the trainee program you will reach the next career level (Consultant/Developer/PMO)
  • You will take part in customer projects and carry out a case study.
  • You will receive modular training in a SAP module of your choice with final certification.
  • You work on your consulting skills and get to know the SAP product portfolio.
  • We teach you the basics of project management and process modelling.
  • With the initial training in ABAP programming, you will acquire technical basics.
  • We promote knowledge building on new technologies such as S/4HANA.
  • The program takes place in English.

What you should bring with you:

  • Studies in technology, business informatics, economics or adequate training
  • Interest in technical issues and international projects
  • High level of initiative as well as communication and team skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility for complex tasks
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Dutch or French language skills desirable
