Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to strengthen our team in Dubai. You will also work with other team members in Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Istanbul. You will handle inquiries from consumers via phone, email and chat. Check out if you are a fit for Sam Media and have the following skills/experience:

What do we expect from you?
Proven, effective and confident communicator.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic, with abilities to act independently, be self-motivated and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Display a courteous telephone manner, applying judgement, tact and diplomacy to all.
