As a Microsoft Power Apps & Automate Consultant, you are the one who translates the customer’s wishes into IT and shapes them into digital processes.

About the Microsoft Power Apps & Automate Consultant role

You get excited about building and implementing low code solutions in a project context. In order to arrive at a tailor-made solution, you prefer to put yourself in the shoes of the customer. You preferably do this with the technical possibilities that the Microsoft Power Platform has to offer.

What does your future work week look like?

On Monday you are eager to visit the customer and advise them on how we can optimize the business processes. You contribute points for improvement and you carry out any necessary maintenance.
On Tuesday you ensure that the customer uses the system flawlessly. You are all ears when the customer tells us his wishes and sees how the Power Platform fits in seamlessly with this. You challenge the client by thinking critically, but positively. On Wednesday you take a closer look at all solutions and together with your colleagues you look at where improvements are needed, or what is going well.

Before you know it, it will be Thursday again when you will continue to improve our standard solutions.
The last day of the week is all about knowledge sharing. You start the day by watching a webinar from Microsoft. Then you share your findings with the team. In the afternoon you do a code review and evaluate the tasks performed this week with your colleagues. Finally, you conclude with a pleasant Friday afternoon drink and go home with a tidy head.

Job Requirements

How you complete our team

We would like to talk to enthusiastic and creative team players who recognize themselves in the following profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in developing business applications within the Power Platform or another reputable low-code platform (e.g. Mendix, Betty Blocks, OutSystems, Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow and or Pega);
• Experience with programming languages ​​such as C#, Python, TypeScript and UI frameworks such as React JS and/or Angular;
• Experience with connecting other data sources, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services and SQL server is an advantage;
• Experience working with APIs or Rest Service Integrations is an advantage;
• Scrum and agile methods are no stranger to you;
• Strong communication skills;
• Analytical;
• Assertive and proactive;
• Bachelor working and thinking level.
