Job Description
In our Digital Transformation business unit, we advise our customers on all aspects of digitization and technology-based end-to-end transformation. Our focus here is on cross-industry consulting for medium-sized companies and hidden champions, which we usually support comprehensively and with a wide variety of issues. In addition, we also assume operational responsibility for the implementation of digital transformation programs, in particular in the conception, planning and implementation of automation solutions and machine controls in special machine construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You advise our customers and support them as part of our team in demanding and complex consulting projects • The initial analysis, the development of solution options, their evaluation against each other and the subsequent concrete solution concept are part of your daily tasks • In intensive cooperation with the respective customer you set the also develop concepts and often accompany the actual implementation • You develop existing customer relationships, establish new contacts and support further acquisition • You constantly develop further, which we actively support with accompanying mentoring • You work as part of our team actively involved in shaping our entrepreneurial future and our market-related activities
REQUIREMENTS
• Good to very good university degree – preferably computer science, business informatics, economics, industrial engineering or comparable • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in a comparable function with an IT service provider or in an IT organization • Specialist knowledge in areas of digital transformation • Existing IT Certifications (Prince2, PMP, IPMA or comparable) are an advantage • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working • High quality awareness • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
