What will you do as a Microsoft CRM Consultant?
In the growing team of inBluu you will think strategically about the solutions that you can offer as an organization. It is important that you understand the customer and can make the translation to the Microsoft ecosystem for the best support. You are the one who makes the right connection to arrive at the most suitable solution for your customer. You therefore provide the high-quality service that they can expect from us by taking on an advisory role. You are of course the sparring partner for our customers. The activities involved are;
- By constantly entering into dialogue with the customer, you know how to find and implement the best work solution
- To achieve the best implementation, you interview the issue with the customer: you prefer to put yourself in the shoes of the customer.
- Analyzing business questions and translating them into the right technological solutions in which the customer is central
- Carefully guiding customers to transition to Microsoft from start to finish
- Holding field service workshops with Service Coordinators and Mechanics as well as associated training so that they know exactly how to work safely and efficiently
- Contributing to the further development and expansion of services and concepts within inBluu
- Sparring and sharing substantive knowledge with your colleagues
Job Requirements
What makes you the ideal person as a Microsoft CRM Consultant?
You want to really understand that customer question. You like conversations that are about content. You enjoy sparring with your colleagues and you become completely enthusiastic when you have found the best way to translate that customer demand into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Service).
You get energy from making a difference in terms of service. But of course through our Microsoft solutions. It is therefore important that you feel at home in this world. You can demonstrate this by;
- Experience in the role of Consultant or other roles where you had an advisory role to your customer
- Your Microsoft experience in the field of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement
- Demonstrable knowledge of Field Service / Customer Service
- It is very ideal if you have the MB240 certificate in your pocket
- Business insight by having a corresponding MBO / HBO in your pocket
- Have affinity with service processes
- You want to stay technically informed
- You have good analytical knowledge, commercial skills and good communication skills
