This position will report to the Master Data Manager Customer in Master Data Organization.

knowledge of Master Data Management. This role focuses on Customer Master Data Management.

What You Will Do:
- Be the subject matter expert on Business Partner Customer Master Data set up and improve Master
Data processes. - Manage Master Data Stakeholders to spread understanding of Master Data Governance processes and
ensure adherence to Essity’s Master Data policies and procedures. - Respond to enquiries coming from Customer Master Data stakeholders by understanding their need and
provide problem solving guidelines and suggest correct steps & approaches. - Be the gatekeeper between Master Data Specialists, Business users, Customer Service teams, and IT
teams by keeping the end to end global view. - Communicate Master Data harmonization activities to avoid duplication and reach single Master Data
record & unified Master Data processes by participating in data cleansing and data migration activities. - Perform and prepare trainings, coordinate testing activities in projects and in the run phase.
- Support development of Customer Master Data Reports including KPI definition and follow up.
- Facilitate activities coming from business requirements by bringing techno-functional knowledge
especially in MDG environment and MDG integrations, by having an understanding in MDG Customizing
and Master Data Consolidation Customizing in SAP. - Take part in our big strategic initiatives.
- Work on establishing a streamlined Master Data process support model for continuous improvement.
Who You Are - Considerable work experience in Customer Master Data, SAP MDG, SAP S/4Hana and familiar with
Master Data Governance and Concepts. - Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance, Master Data Consolidation tool, including being able to
process Mass activities in Consolidation tool. - Ability to perform root cause analysis in detailed situations, applying established standards and propose
new solutions, as well as being able to share proposals and gain support. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile project landscape at an international environment.
- Ability to organize self and at the same time being a good team player.
- Has service mindset, and able to look at issues from a global perspective.
- Strong communication skills, strong influencer including ability to perform trainings and run workshops.
- Fluent in English.
- University Degree in business or in an IT related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
