A lot of websites and apps are cramming their platforms with annoying ads and pop-ups while completely ignoring the experience of their users. About the position:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to help our team improve monetization through our banner/video ad setup, affiliate partnerships as well as our JustWatch Pro subscription. You will be joining a well-established and successful entertainment platform that has various revenue streams through platform monetization and partnerships. However, there is a lot of room for growth and improvement, and this is where you come in.
Your main responsibility will be to push your own projects and A/B tests as well as to scale affiliate and partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
What you would be doing:
Be an individual contributor to push for our goal to double revenues year over year through platform advertisement, data deals and pushing our JustWatch Pro subscription service
Own A/B tests and feature ideas from first hypothesis to implementation and reporting, actively communicate with stakeholders and be the driving force behind your projects
Have your hands in all monetization topics within the entire company and prioritize multiple projects and partnership opportunities in parallel
Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow together, negotiate and finalize new partnership deals
In addition, for this particular role we are looking for:
You have 2+ years working experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing and/or platform monetization
You have successfully built and monetized your own website/app
You have an affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset (you handle large data reports, communicate w. tech/BI teams)
You constantly challenge the status quo, you possess a hands-on attitude and proactive mindset
You have an independent working style and an ability to autodidactically learn new things
You are a very good communicator (in English)
You want to make a name for yourself by not only being part of success but driving success
