You do that with us

  • You will support our new customers by telephone or remotely in connecting our product to practice telephony
  • You answer technical inquiries from our existing customers by phone and email
  • If there are technical challenges, you will search for solutions together with the practice’s technical contact person, alone or with a team, and thus ensure that our product can be used optimally
  • You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success & Service team to ensure the best use of our telephone assistant

This is what you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed training in the field of telecommunications, network technology, IT or a degree in a similar field
  • You have already gained initial relevant experience in the area of ​​telephone and network systems and/or customer service
  • You find it easy to translate technical details into simple language and can therefore communicate with both doctors and a technical contact at the practice in a way that is tailored to your target group
  • You always work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team
  • You speak and write German at a very good level and feel comfortable communicating in English in a team
  • Bonus: You already have experience with network protocols, Asterisk, in the (digital) health sector or in fast-moving (startup) environments
