Our mission is to enable lodging businesses worldwide to flourish through technology. As we gear up for expansion in 2024, we’re seeking a talented Events Marketing Specialist to elevate our presence in the vacation rental industry.
🌟 About the role
As our Event Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of organizing and executing all event-related activities. This includes managing our presence at conferences, designing engaging booth displays, and potentially organizing our own meetups and events. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement through these events.
🧞♂️ You’ll make an impact by
- Leading event initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of events, from concept to execution.
- Designing and coordinating booths. Creatively design and coordinate booth setups that effectively represent our brand and attract attendees.
- Networking and collaboration. Use these events as opportunities to network with industry professionals, fostering relationships and collaborations.
- Organizing company meetups and events. Take the lead in organizing our own events, ensuring they align with our brand’s values and goals.
- Measuring success. You will analyze campaign performance against key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
👩🚀 You’ll be successful if you have
- 2 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with industry trends and latest event technologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or a related field is preferred
