A Teamlead IT Service Desk (m/f/d)

is being sought for Group IT as soon as possible .

Area of ​​responsibility

  • Disciplinary responsibility for an IT service desk team of around ten people
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the IT service desk, including escalation and quality management
  • Identification of optimization opportunities, promotion of innovation and continuous improvement of support processes
  • Cooperative and intensive collaboration with the other departments of Group IT

Requirements profile

  • Completed IT training, university studies or commercial training
  • Several years of experience in IT service/support management, as well as initial experience in a management position
  • Enjoyment of customer contact, excellent communication and teamwork
  • Good understanding of processes and process design
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
