Area of responsibility
- Configuration of networks and firewalls, Microsoft operating systems, physical and virtual servers, virtualization solutions (VMware and Hyper-V), encrypted connections (VPN, SINA)
- Carrying out system checks and integration tests
- Planning and implementation of system tests, integration tests and technical acceptance tests
- Creation of documentation and instructions
- Participation in planning the development process
- Definition of modules and subsystems
Requirements profile
- Completed studies in a technical or scientific (MINT) field or comparable qualification
- First, preferably relevant professional experience in the mentioned IT environment
- Knowledge of network design and configuration of network components (routers, switches)
- Operating system and server knowledge
- First experience in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Good knowledge of IT system engineering
- Desirable experience in the VX-T model and with IBM DOORS
- Basic knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems and firewalls is an advantage
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Ability to self-organize and prioritize
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communication and interpersonal skills
