We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be part of our Channel Success – CARE team. The Milestone CARE product is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services for organizations using the Milestone surveillance products. You will get to work with a team of professionals, all eager to work in the commercial space and driven towards achieving their goals. As this is an entry level position you will learn the basics of client communication, how to close deals, generate revenue and contribute to the team’s overall success. This initial learning phase is crucial for building a strong foundation for developing further into commercial roles either in sales or other departments within the organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Proactively manage a pipeline of CARE renewals for an assigned territory/account base including, among others, lead generating activities
- Providing customers timely and accurate solutions regarding Milestone’s CARE products.
- Meeting your revenue targets
- Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues.
- Ensure a high level of data quality.
- Track progress and document the results in Salesforce
What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
- Contacting resellers & up and cross sell our CARE renewals – via outbound phone calls, email, or virtual meetings. You will not be selling directly to end customers.
- Working strategically and proactively with field sales teams, resellers and other internal teams to maximize revenue and ensuring the renewal of our CARE accounts
- Identify training opportunities and hand off escalations to the appropriate sales team
- Ensuring a high level of data quality in our CRM system
- Conduct daily phone calls
What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not strictly necessary.
Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, and if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantage.
You speak English and German, fluently and it’s a plus if you also speak French.
Experience with SalesForce is an advantage.
