Job Description:
- Supervise, mentor and lead the team (daily tasks, following process and work instructions.
- Optimize resource utilization, secure a safe work environment, initiate improvements, and escalate in case of deviations
- Conduct annual check-ins with team members and manage budgetary responsibilities for the team
- Design electronic circuits and PCBs, including digital, analog, and high-voltage power electronics
- Establish and maintain design configuration and documentation
- Verify designs by reliability, worst case and derating analyses
- Support parts procurement and external suppliers
- Perform trouble shooting of failures and define and implement corrective actions
Your qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in safety critical context, e.g. Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, Railway, Medical industry
- Experience with tools like Spice, Altium Designer, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
- VHDL knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in developing complete electronic unit considering mechanical and thermal constraints
- Microprocessor ATmega and ARM know-how
Type of contract: Full time position; 38.5 hours/week
This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 4.120,51) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
