YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY
- Contract Scope Inventory Management: Complete contract inventory with regards to Iptor solution portfolio and related life cycle.
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts between Iptor and its clients.
- Contract Administration: Overseeing the administrative aspects of contracts, such as tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and obligations.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between internal departments involved in contract fulfilment, such as sales and legal and operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of contract documentation, including contracts, amendments, correspondence, and other relevant information. Generating reports on contract performance, renewal opportunities, and customer satisfaction metrics.

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role.
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
- General IT skills especially within Microsoft 365 and Service Desk tools.
