Job Description

Previous experience in contract management and familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are desirable.

  • Contract Scope Inventory Management: Complete contract inventory with regards to Iptor solution portfolio and related life cycle.
  • Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts between Iptor and its clients. 
  • Contract Administration: Overseeing the administrative aspects of contracts, such as tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and obligations. 
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between internal departments involved in contract fulfilment, such as sales and legal and operations. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of contract documentation, including contracts, amendments, correspondence, and other relevant information. Generating reports on contract performance, renewal opportunities, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
  • General IT skills especially within Microsoft 365 and Service Desk tools.
