A demand manager is responsible for driving revenues through predicting consumer demand, optimizing inventory and pricing on the right distribution platforms, aiming to achieve highest returns in net contribution.

 key responsibilities

responsible for managing inventory, pricing, rate types and restrictions through revenue management system
budgeting and forecasting (within accuracy limits) and managing the results (topline and distribution costs)
analyze available data and prepare useful reports on hotels, F&B and SocietyM and give your advice and recommendations
identify and pursue all areas of revenue maximization for all revenue streams
responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the commercial analysis and evaluations of decisions within all revenue streams
partner with the Hotels, Sales and Groups team to implement proactive revenue generating strategies
identify key market strategies for incremental revenue through analysis
optimizing market segmentation with a focus on direct business growth
partner up with local business partners/online travel agents to maximize collaborations and be first on their minds
prepare commercial reports for inclusion in management presentations
qualifications / skills

loves crunching data
excellent with Google Sheets/Excel/Power BI
experience with Revenue Management Systems
analytical thinking
confident and persuasive communication skills
language: fluent English
Bachelor level
