We are looking for people who like to make others smile, not experience in the Hospitality industry! No “receptionist” or “catering manager” label sticking to your skin. With us, you will be able to excel in many areas: customer service, receptionist, concierge, barista, mixologist, logistics manager and more. As a citizenM ambassador, you will be free to be yourself to surpass yourself. For us, work must be done in a good mood. If you have fun, our customers will too.
You will join one of our four hotels in Paris, maybe Opéra, our fifth hotel which will open soon, but only if you have the voice of Edith Piaf or Johnny Hallyday!
What does the day of our night ambassadors look like?
Offer a warm welcome to each citizen upon arrival
Help customers check-in at our kiosks (no reception with us)
Concoct and serve hot and cold dishes using local products
Prepare a great coffee or a signature cocktail
Be the secret concierge of Paris, direct them to the best addresses for visits, shopping, gourmet breaks and evenings
Ensure the cleanliness of spaces such as the living room and canteenM, and prepare the buffet for the next service
Respond to any request related to our equipment (you might even learn a tech tip or two)
Gross salary: 2142 euros per month
Standard hours are
Goodbye office hours! Night Ambassadors will start no earlier than 9 p.m. and end no later than 10 a.m. (with breaks according to local labor laws, of course) with two days off. In addition! the dynamic schedule really allows us to be flexible so that you can fully enjoy your free time! (and potentially night service if needed).
