YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for experienced and proactive team leader to join CELUS as a Senior Electronics Engineering Manager (M/F/D). On this position you will establish and manage the team responsible for electronics engineering content on our platform.
We believe the smartest way to design electronics is through the AI powered CELUS Engineering Platform. Your role will be to deliver the right electronics content that feeds our platform for design automation. Together with sales you will work with component manufacturers to create data collection feeds. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the ecosystem of internal and external partners.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead and manage all electronics engineering activities at CELUS
Prepare and plan strategy for future electronics content
Manage existing service providers and subcontractors
Lead and manage all processes for circuit design and integration into our platform
Establish, lead and manage the team creating relevant electronics content and designs
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Collaborate with another departments (e.g. sales and product) to align on data partners and ensure the company goals are met
Manage relations with internal stakeholders
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in electronics industry with team leading experience
Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent educational background
Good knowledge of EDA / CAD tools for electronics design (PCB schematics and Layout)
Independent self-starter ready to build a new team from scratch
Experience working in developing or scaling businesses
Very good leadership, communication and presentation skills, in technical and nontechnical topics
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent negotiation, organizational skills and experience working in international team
