Mech-Mind is a start-up company with rapid growing by proved business results, concentrates its activities in Asia and Europe market with global locations in China (Peking, Shanghai, Shenzhen) and Germany (Munich).

Aiming at putting intelligence into industrial robots, Mech-Mind takes the technological lead in this sector with leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, deep learning, 3D vision and robotics, adding “eyes and brain” to industrial robots, enabling them to perform beyond repetitive and tedious tasks.

The company vision is to exert a decisive influence on technological progress in Robotics sector and accelerate the pace of development of AI effectiveness.

For the European headquarter in Munich we are looking for a Sales Representative.

You will:

  • Generate sales leads and display products by end to end solutions
  • Promote products to new customers and build proof of concepts for growing business and market share in a geographical zone as Regional and National
  • Conduct frontline sales activity including commercial calls; face-to-face meetings with leads and customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Manage commercial issues and negotiate all contracts with prospective customers, preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Manage customer service to train on how customers can benefit from the products and services financially and professionally
  • Maintaining records of all sales leads and customer accounts
  • As a key ambassador for company and products in European region

You have:

  • More than 3 years of experiencein outbound sales, Business Development, Account Management or a related role
  • A large and varied network of contacts in Germany and throughout the Europe, with strong ability to open doors and generate leads
  • Passionate about robotics and automation, technical background or affinity with start-up DNA
  • Fluent in German and English, French or Dutch is a plus
  • Good social, communication and presentation skills to ensure a clear subjects delivery to the customers
  • Sales driven/ Results- orientated
  • Knowledge of the product market
  • Commitment to excellent customer services
  • Willingness to travel
