Job Description

What awaits you with us…

  • Adaptation and further development of internal tools for process optimization (e.g. template tools, approval workflows)
  • Creative use of generative AI to perform administrative tasks
  • Maintenance of the company-wide knowledge base
  • Support with internal communication during a software rollout
  • Further tasks are based on your profile and your focus

What we want from you…

  • You are currently studying and have ideally gained some practical experience as a working student or intern
  • You have fluent written and spoken German skills
  • You have strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of things
  • You also have basic knowledge of Word / Excel / Powerpoint, experience with low code / no code process tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate) is an advantage
  • You are enrolled for at least one more year and can work at least 15 hours per week (full-time work is possible during semester breaks)
