About the Opportunity:
As a Test Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing testing strategies, ensuring the continuous quality of solutions in agile and collaborative environments.
Responsibilities:
- Define manual and automatic testing strategies according to project requirements;
- Lead the implementation and evolution of automation frameworks, with a focus on Data-Driven approaches;
- Perform functional and integration tests with tools such as TOSCA and Postman;
- Coordinate and monitor defect management throughout the development cycle;
- Use tools such as JIRA and X-Ray for test management and quality reporting;
- Support teams in Agile and Scrum practices, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement;
- Conduct API testing, database validation and ETL processes (valued).
What We Are Looking For:
- Between 5 to 7 years of experience in software testing roles, with a focus on technical leadership;
- Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques, methodologies and defect life cycle;
- Proven experience with automation tools such as TOSCA and Postman;
- Ability to create or evolve automation frameworks with a data-driven approach;
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, X-Ray);
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- Knowledge of API testing, database validation and ETL testing will be valued.
