What you will do

  • You design scalable and secure OT/IT solutions that are tailored to the technical and business requirements of our customers.
  • You will lead the implementation of complex integration projects and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • You develop industrial solutions that take into account IIoT protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, ERP systems and industrial connectivity standards.
  • You will lay the foundation for innovative machine and deep learning algorithms for complex applications in industrial environments. You will implement modern predictive analytics concepts locally or in the cloud.
  • You integrate OT/IT security, edge computing, observability (also for financial management such as PL or OEE) and time series databases.
  • You act as an interface between technical teams and stakeholders to align business and technical goals.
  • You support cross-functional teams as a coach and mentor and promote knowledge exchange.
  • You are on-site when customers have technical challenges and support them with your expertise.

What you bring with you professionally

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in software architecture, OT/IT integration , or managing large-scale projects in industrial environments.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of IIoT protocols, connectivity solutions, and time series data platforms such as TimescaleDB or InfluxDB.
  • You have practical experience with edge computing platforms, containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You bring expertise in the areas of OT/IT security, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS ) and observability tools such as Grafana .
  • You have proven experience in applying machine and deep learning in an industrial environment.
  • You are characterized by excellent leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams and strong stakeholder management , and you can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are used to actively participating in project acquisition and writing project proposals or offers.
  • You have excellent analytical and technical skills and can communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level); French is a plus.
  • You are a team player with a proactive mindset, open to feedback and enthusiastic about new technologies .
  • You are willing to visit customers on-site occasionally if necessary.
