Job Description

Would you be interested in continuing your development as a Technical Support Manager N2 at a leading company in the parking technology solutions  market ? 

At Oxigent Technologies, we are recruiting a Technical Support Manager N2  to work on the company’s key projects , collaborating with the R&D development team based in and around Barcelona. 

What will your main responsibilities be?
•    Lead a team of 13 people, ensuring the quality of support.
•     Provide second-level support for the software deployed on client premises.
• Support third-party integrations .
• Ensure service quality.
• Compliance with quality indicators.
• Prepare reports on resolved tickets.
•    Customer satisfaction monitoring (phone + email).
•     Customer service (phone + email).
•     Document procedures and generate quality reports.
 
What will you need for this?
• Education: Computer Engineering or similar (mandatory)
•     5 years of experience leading teams (around 10 people) 
• Experience writing emails for clients in Spanish and English.  
• Experience with SQL Server, Windows, PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VOIP. 
• Experience with Microsoft OS servers
• IIS (Internet Information Services) 
is essential • Languages: fluent English, fluent Catalan (advantaged) 
• Mixed profile between customer service and IT.
