We are looking for a Tech Lead with experience in coordinating and leading development teams to join a project in the automotive sector. If you have a fullstack technical background and are looking for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you!
About the Opportunity:
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the development team, ensuring the implementation of efficient and innovative technological solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, with presence in the Porto office between 2 and 3 times a week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate development teams, promoting good practices and agile methodologies.
- Ensure the architecture and development of robust and scalable solutions.
- Work with fullstack technologies including Vue.js, Nuxt, Node.js, Quarkus and Spring.
- Ensure code quality and good development practices.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of the project.
- Propose improvements and innovative solutions to optimize processes and performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar position.
- Fullstack technical background, with skills in Vue.js, Nuxt, Node.js, Quarkus and Spring.
- Leadership skills and problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability for hybrid work, with presence in the Porto office 2 to 3 times a week.
- English is a nice to have.
