YOUR ROLE:
As a Project Manager DACH (m/f/d), you will be the focal point for our hydropower projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will coordinate, communicate, and implement projects. You will have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and assume responsibility.
YOUR TASKS:
- Project management from A to Z – you will accompany our hydropower projects from the initial idea to implementation and ensure smooth operations.
- Communication and negotiation – you are the face of our company to authorities, property owners, network operators, and local partners.
- Master approval processes – you navigate the regulatory jungle and ensure that our projects receive all necessary permits.
- Feasibility study – you will work closely with internal experts to clarify grid connections, cable routes, access roads, and environmental protection aspects.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have 2-3 years of experience – ideally in project management, ideally in cooperation with authorities.
- You are a strong communicator – whether with authorities, partners or in a team, you can express yourself clearly and convincingly.
- You have initiative and want to shape things – instead of just completing tasks, you actively participate and find solutions.
- You think in a networked way and act pragmatically – you keep an overview, can prioritize, and know how to get things moving.
- You speak German at native level – and can confidently manage negotiations and administrative processes.
