We are looking for a Project Manager to lead agile execution and ensure that the strategic vision is translated into concrete deliverables in an efficient, secure, and scalable manner.
Your mission:
- Design, coordinate, and monitor the project roadmap.
- Manage time, budget, and risks, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
- Ensure AI is implemented in a secure, scalable, and compliant manner.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain Scrum/Kanban discipline.
- Ensure the integration of compliance and security controls at every stage.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, product teams, AI experts, and stakeholders.
- Prepare clear and reliable reporting for management.
What we look for in you:
- Over 5 years of experience managing complex software projects.
- Participation in projects with AI components and collaboration with data/ML teams.
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (ecommerce, fintech, public administration). Experience in the ecommerce sector is highly valued.
- Certification as Scrum Master or similar.
- Great capacity for coordination and risk management.
- Fluent in English.
