Are you an experienced Product Owner with an enthusiasm for leading change and a mind for solving complexity? Are you interested in working with the dedicated development team where you will be the link between the business and development? And do you want to play an important role in developing software solution for hearing and balance diagnostics?

Make a difference

As a product owner for OtoAccess, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product in development meets the requirements set by the business while also ensuring the end-user perspective. You will be part of an agile and always improving collaboration with the dedicated development team where you can use your “learn and adopt” and “drive with motivation (less control)” attitude.

Your main responsibilities

Part of your job will be to create and maintain a product backlog that is clear, concise and testable and reflects the customer needs and business goals. Therefore, it is important that you can prioritize the user stories based on their value, urgency, and dependencies. Additionally, you need to have strong communication skills to create user stories to the development team and provide feedback and clarification as needed, while you coordinate with other product owners to ensure alignment and integration across different products.
