Your role : build from scratch the best payroll solution ever designed in Spain

1️⃣ Your role is to build the best HR and Payroll solution for the Spanish market.

2️⃣ You will use our “in-house” development tool (JetLang) and you will be able to directly impact the design, prioritization and development of the product;

3️⃣ You will work together with our amazing product team and you will have a high level of autonomy.

4️⃣ The position is based within our Spanish team in Barcelona, with a possibility to work from any location as we offer a “work from anywhere” policy for more flexibility and fulfillment.

Your missions

Integrate with our programming language developed “in-house” (JetLang) the local social laws and collective agreements from Spain in our platform;

Build and develop the product for Spain, in close collaboration with the global team;

Create and manage the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system;

Draw the most efficient and intuitive user paths possible;

Update permanently the product according to the evolution of the Spanish social law;

Automate social declarations and other processes to gain scalablility.

This job has been tailored for you if…

You have been working, at least 3 years in the digital product field (product manager, product designer, software development or similar)

You want to contribute to UX, design and product management.

You are used to collaborate with different skateholders

Curious and innovative spirit;

Fluent in Spanish & in English.

Extra Points If

You have experience in product design;

Programming/coding knowledge

Low code is a plus
