Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Trainee (f/m/d) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term trainee program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, production, logistics, and supply chain.

You will rotate across different departments (three months each department), contributing to real projects while building a strong foundation in operational excellence.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Support daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions
  • Assist in production planning, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and industrial operations
  • Analyze operational data and contribute to performance improvement projects
  • Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects from planning through execution


Job requirements
Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field or completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a relevant discipline
  • Strong interest in manufacturing and operational processes
  • Previous experience through internships, working student roles, or practical training is highly desirable
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive and proactive with a strong team spirit
    • Willingness to take early ownership and responsibility
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus
