Mit wachsenden Sales steigen die Anforderungen an das mechanische Design unseres Roboters – robuste Konstruktionen, einfache Montage und optimierte Fertigung sind gefragt. Um den Übergang von Prototypen in die (Klein-)Serienproduktion zu meistern, brauchen wir dich: du entwickelst Mechanik, die nicht nur innovativ, sondern auch praxistauglich und skalierbar ist, damit unser Navel zuverlässig in Serie gehen kann.

Das bringst Du mit

·         Bachelor-Abschluss (oder höher) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik

·         +3 Jahre Industrieerfahrung

·         Parametrische Konstruktion sowie Freiformflächen (Solidworks / Fusion360)

·         Kunststoffgerechte Gestaltung und Production ready Daten

·         Simulation

·         Diverse Produktionsverfahren (3D-Druck, Spritzguss, Blech etc.)

·         Auswahl mechatronischer Komponenten in Abstimmung

·         Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

·         Planung, Organisation und Management

We are a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team of around 14 experienced colleagues who have successfully mastered one of the most complex challenges of our time: the development of a robot figure that looks like a living being, whose sympathetic presence touches people emotionally – and which is already having a successful impact in social work today. Our product is never finished: It is constantly being developed, regularly receives new functions and continues to grow in close cooperation with partners in the field. As sales grow, so do the demands on the mechanical design of our robot—robust construction, simple assembly, and optimized manufacturing are required. To master the transition from prototypes to (small) series production, we need you: you will develop mechanics that are not only innovative but also practical and scalable, so that our Navel can reliably go into series production.
