What awaits you with us…
- We are looking for you for the area of Publishing Premium News ( Bunte , Focus and Focus Money ) as support for the conception and organization of various brand experience formats such as Bunte Beauty Stars, Bunte New Faces Award, Bunte Night, Focus Perspectives, Focus Female Finance Award and many more.
- You are the project lead for individual brand experience formats, are responsible for the operational implementation and, together with the team, are responsible for the further development of the respective experiences
- You manage internal and external stakeholders, all trades involved, suppliers and external partners
- You communicate the individual project requirements, milestones and goals to your stakeholders and have an overview of all timing at all times
- You ensure effective communication and smooth interface management between all parties
- You design presentations, offers and cost calculations, manage budget planning for ongoing projects and prepare reports and evaluations
- Your tasks also include the promotion/communication of the events (if necessary in coordination with customers and partners) on various channels (social media, digital, print and video) as well as the evaluation and, if necessary, adaptation of the measures
What we want from you…
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in operational event organisation and in the development of creative – also digital – event concepts
- Peak periods in your job with high levels of commitment do not throw you off track, but rather bring you to peak performance
- You are an artist when it comes to dealing with people and you manage to make the agency, event technician or speaker happy to follow your instructions
- A good sense of trends and a high degree of style awareness round off your profile
- Your greatest assets include team spirit, flexibility, networked thinking and a high degree of initiative
- You are familiar with common office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), newsletter tools and CM systems as well as Capcut or Canva are no strangers to you
