You do that with us

  • You ensure the satisfaction of our customers and are responsible for the customer life cycle from onboarding to go-live to long-term customer relationships
  • You will support our customers (doctors’ practices) and existing key accounts (including health authorities and some enterprise accounts) from the moment the contract is concluded by telephone and email and will find the best tips and tricks for everyone to introduce and use Aaron
  • Thanks to your good relationship with our customers, you are an expert in customer requests, you will therefore be the first point of contact for our product team and will actively help shape the product
  • In addition, you can carry out varied and exciting projects in the areas of operations, service and sales

This is what you bring with you

  • You were able to gain at least 1.5 – 3 years of work experience in the areas of project management, onboarding or account management and enjoy working self-determined and innovatively
  • You have successfully completed a university degree or relevant training and want to sustainably change an industry through digitalization
  • You love working in a team and enjoy exchanging ideas with others in order to get the best out of processes together
  • You are one hundred percent customer-oriented, which is reflected in your dedication and sensitivity in dealing with customers and fellow human beings
  • Communication tailored to your target group is easy for you, so you can translate technical information into simple language and both doctors and the practice team are enthusiastic about your ideas
  • Ideally relevant experience gained in SaaS companies or startup environments, plus experience in the digital health environment or healthcare
  • You speak German fluently and feel comfortable communicating in English in a team
