Job Description

At Pixida we are passionate technology consultants and developers for digitalization and mobility solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Hardware Developer to join our product development team for embedded devices in Munich. • Analysis and creation of requirements and specifications. • Structuring and modeling of control unit systems. • Coordination of system interfaces with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers. • Development of system models (states, activity, use case models, etc.) and participation in system analyzes (FMEA, thermal management, etc.) and failures analysis (failures in component testing, vehicle testing or from customers). • Alignment with and support of qualification responsibly (environmental & electromagnetic compatibility) and supplier steering during development phase. • Participation in the development of future-oriented truck & bus models. • Collaboration in complex, international development projects with the disciplines of system, system testing, software, hardware, and mechanical development.


• Completed studies in a technically relevant subject such as electrical engineering, (technical) computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics or comparable. • Experience as a hardware developer/system engineer/architect in the automotive industry and in system design for graphics and/or wireless communication devices • In-depth knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., bus systems, diagnostics, …). • Basic knowledge of RF engineering and hardware qualification testing. • Sound knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment (e.g., ISO 26262 Functional Safety). • Strong understanding of system analysis methods and their relationship to development artifacts and phases. • Business fluent in English and German (at least level B2-C1)
