Job Description

Location: Gröbenzell (Munich area) – hybrid work possible

Start: February 2026

Help us build the digital backbone of a new kind of renewable energy.

At Energyminer, we’re rethinking how electricity is generated from flowing water — modular, fish- friendly, and emission-free. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll join a small, cross-functional engineering team working at the intersection of cloud systems, real-time data, and physical

infrastructure. You’ll contribute across the stack — from backend services to modern frontends —

and help turn ideas into reliable, scalable software that supports clean energy at scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs running on AWS
  • Extend and manage infrastructure with Terraform, IoT Rules, SNS, S3, EC2, and more –

with guidance from our AWS consultant

  • Develop intuitive frontend applications using React and TypeScript
  • Work closely with our hardware, firmware, and data teams to integrate real-time monitoring and control
  • Take part in system design and help define best practices across the stack
  • Own your work from concept to deployment – and improve it in production
  • Contribute to a mission-driven, collaborative startup environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full stack experience in real-world projects or products
  • Strong understanding of modern web development and backend architecture
  • Proficiency with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, IoT Core, Terraform)
  • Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.)
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Curiosity, independence, and the drive to solve real problems
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work on live, connected power systems – not just dashboards
  • Access to NVIDIA Inception, AWS credits, and NVIDIA DLI courses
  • A role where your work directly supports the renewable energy transition
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and full-stack ownership
  • Hybrid work possible from our office near Munich (Gröbenzell)
  • 30 vacation days and flexible working hours
