Are you passionate about technology, the startup environment, and want to develop your career as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on Onboarding ? We’re looking for you to join our team at Vidext!
🌟 What will your missions be?
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience from signing to launch.
- Guide and train clients on how to use the platform/product, translating complex processes into clear explanations tailored to each interlocutor.
- Coordinate and manage implementation projects, establishing timelines, priorities, and deliverables with multiple accounts in parallel.
- Assist in project customization, supporting design, layout, and configuration to ensure a solution aligned with the client’s identity.
- Act proactively, anticipating questions or needs and offering recommendations before problems arise.
- Maintain close and professional communication with different stakeholders, reinforcing trust and satisfaction from the beginning of the relationship.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the onboarding process and provide feedback to the internal team (product, support, sales).
Requirements
💼 The profile we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or Implementation Specialist (ideally in SaaS or digital environments is a plus).
- Communication and training skills: able to explain complex processes in a clear and educational manner.
- Project management and organization skills with multiple clients.
- Detail-oriented and aesthetically sensitive to assist in the design, layout, and customization of projects.
- Proactivity: you don’t wait for the client to ask, you anticipate and propose.
- Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly to changing environments.
- High level of Spanish and English (oral and written).
