Job Description

  • Develop and design content and demand generation programs together with our Business Development, Sales, UX, and Medical Affairs teams
  • Administration of Hubspot CMS: Website pages, SEO content
  • Demand Generation/Customer Journey: Forms / lead capturing, workflows for nurturing, automations (CRM based) – building and automating our internal sales and services processes
  • Closely collaborate with partner marketing teams (e.g. Siemens, 3M, GE) to design and implement global marketing campaigns and initiatives to support joint sales strategies
  • Administration of Hubspot CRM: User management, property and object management, reporting & dashboards, contact management and listing
  • Define and own the end-to-end lead development process and optimization
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Execute marketing campaigns, analyze and optimize their effectiveness and performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs (impressions, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.)
  • Develop content along the buyer’s journey to strengthen our product on the market
  • Evaluate our inbound and outbound marketing strategies according to market research

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B and SaaS marketing and demand generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Extensive experience with CRM tools and systems (ideally a strong Hubspot experience record – or similar tool, e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience in the medical industry and in medical content writing – including content SEO knowledge
  • Strong self-drive as well as strong communication and presentation skills
